A well-established packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join its maintenance team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a reliable day shift, with an occasional afternoon shift when required.

The Role

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery
- Fault finding and mechanical repairs
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes and pneumatic systems
- Support machinery upgrades and continuous improvement
- Work closely with production to maximise equipment reliability

About You

- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter/Fitter & Turner
- Maintenance experience within manufacturing, packaging or FMCG
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Safety-focused with a proactive approach
- Happy to work the occasional afternoon shift
