Veneto Club is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Receptionist / Customer Service team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests
- Answer phones and assist with enquiries
- Process memberships and reception transactions
- Operate the deli register and assist customers
- General administration and customer service duties
About You
- Friendly and professional
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and cash handling skills
- Previous reception, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
- Italian language skills are welcomed but not essential
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
