Exciting opportunity due to expansion in the company, Lakeside Motoring group are on the hunt for a recent Service Advisor.

In this role you will:

- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service
- Complete training inreception processes, booking procedures and invoicing
- Acquire knowledge ofour manufacturer service options and processes
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs
- Prepare repair orders and invoices
- Update customer database as required




- Communicate with customers providing information and time-frames regarding their vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role – not necessary for the right person
- Basic experience in customer service and developed communication skills
- Capable IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- Confidence dealing with customers
- The ability to work in and support a busy, diligent team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- A current, valid driver’s license
- Kia and/or Hyundai experience will be highly regarded
