Newcastle MBA will be your Employer for the duration of your Traineeship to handle everything administration wise and provide support and guidance while you're gaining on the job skills with a valued Host Employer.
- Receive accurate and timely payments - MBA processes your pay, superannuation, etc.
- Job Security - If your Host Employer runs low in work, MBA will attempt to find another Host Employer in order for you to continue and complete your Traineeship.
- Learn from and be mentored by industry experts.
- Don't pay, get paid - Training Fees are covered and textbook costs are reimbursed to you.
- Receive personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout your Apprenticeship (Steel-Cap Boots, Hard Hat, Gloves, Hat, Vest, etc).
- Receive dedicated support from our Field Officers throughout your Traineeship.
