Role Summary

Position: Pool Construction Supervisor Location: (Wide-ranging) Work Sites from the Gold Coast to Lismore Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive pay rates based on experience + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Supervise and manage Dynamic Pool Designs construction team and contractors.
- Project Scheduling: Schedule contract works with contractors and customers.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain ongoing customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Contract Oversight: Ensure contract requirements and inclusions are executed to a high standard
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of variations/changes and update the Energetic administration and CRM systems.
- Photo Documentation: Maintain consistent photo logs at all project stages, ensuring appropriate forms are completed and filed correctly
- Progress Updates: Communicate consistently with office admin staff on project progress.
- Trade Negotiation:



Negotiate with trades on pricing and expectations onsite.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Proven experience in construction
- Ability to interpret technical plans
- High attention to detail and quality
- Full working rights in Australia
