Options Consulting Group is looking to connect with an experienced Fractional Chief Financial Officer to partner with a range of privately owned Australian businesses across FMCG and manufacturing.

This is an opportunity to work with organisations that require senior commercial and financial leadership without the need for a full time executive. Engagements will typically involve one week per quarter, with flexibility depending on the needs of each business.

Working alongside business owners, CEOs and executive teams, you will provide strategic financial leadership, challenge decision making and help organisations navigate growth, profitability and operational performance. You will be comfortable moving between high level strategy and practical execution, bringing commercial insight that creates tangible outcomes.

We're interested in speaking with experienced CFOs who have a strong track record within privately held businesses, ideally across food manufacturing, FMCG or broader industrial sectors. Previous consulting or fractional CFO experience will be highly regarded, as will the ability to quickly understand different businesses,



build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

You will bring experience across financial strategy, cash flow and working capital management, budgeting and forecasting, banking and funding relationships, board reporting, commercial analysis, business improvement and strategic planning. Exposure to business transformation, succession planning, acquisitions or systems improvement would also be advantageous.

This opportunity would suit an established fractional CFO, an experienced consultant or finance executive looking to remain engaged with a portfolio of high-quality businesses.
