Your current role Reporting into senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading sales, operations, customer service, talent development, and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities

- Driving sales performance and achieving annual revenue targets
- Leading and developing a large, high-performing retail team
- Building customer loyalty and growing client engagement programs
- Developing local business initiatives and community partnerships
- Managing operational excellence, compliance, inventory, and risk
- Driving employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development




- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across retail, marketing, operations, finance, and merchandising teams
