Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park, part of the Accor group, is seeking a reliable Casual Kitchen Attendant to join our kitchen team. This role keeps the kitchen clean, protected, and organized to support chefs and ensure smooth daily operations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on cleanliness and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
