Our client is a well-established national engineering consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality land and urban development projects throughout Australia.

As a Senior 12d Designer , you'll play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects while helping develop the next generation of designers within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Project Exposure

You'll contribute to a diverse range of projects including:

- Residential land developments
- Industrial subdivisions
- Roads and intersections
- Stormwater and drainage infrastructure
- Civil infrastructure from concept through to construction
- Major developments across Western Sydney and beyond

Looking For





- Around 6-8+ years' experience using 12d within an Australian engineering consultancy
- Strong experience in land development and urban development
- Experience with MUSIC and DRAINS would be highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to mentor and support junior designers
- Excellent understanding of Australian civil design standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers and clients
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and contributing to the ongoing success of the team
