About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Experience & Analytics Specialist to play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, customer experience and marketing performance.

Working closely with our Marketing & Content Specialist, you'll help drive digital engagement across websites, CRM platforms and marketing channels, while providing valuable insights that support smarter business decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer who enjoys balancing hands-on execution with analytics, research and continuous optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Manage and optimise third-party websites and online property listings.

Support CRM marketing activities, including customer journeys, segmentation, workflows and database management.

Assist with marketing automation initiatives to improve customer nurturing and conversion.

Maintain digital assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Lead digital analytics, reporting and performance measurement.

Develop monthly dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Coordinate customer experience surveys and annual brand tracking research programs.

Contribute digital expertise to broader marketing campaigns, initiatives and strategic projects.

About You

5+ years' experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Strong experience in analytics, reporting, customer insights and research.

Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

Experience working with CRM platforms, CMS websites, marketing automation and social media channels.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office,



particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
