Medical Receptionist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist looking to join a modern and growing healthcare team?

CoreVue Radiology is a brand-new comprehensive imaging centre located in the heart of Kew, close to cafés, shops, public transport, and convenient street parking. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a warm and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new practice and contribute to its growth from the very beginning.

About the Role

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check‑in procedures
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage patient enquiries
- Advise patients of preparation requirements prior to appointments
- Process billing for private patients, Medicare, WorkCover, and DVA
- Collaborate with clerical and technical staff, specialists, and referrers
- Assist in maintaining an efficient and welcoming clinic workplace

What We Are Looking For

- A passion for providing outstanding patient care and customer service




- Previous medical reception experience (radiology experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficiency in medical practice management software and the Microsoft Office suite
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
