Customer Sales Trainee

£23,000 - £26,500 per annum

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including Saturdays and alternate Sundays)

Your Career Journey

As a Customer Sales Trainee,



you'll receive structured training while working alongside experienced Sales Executives who will coach and support you every step of the way.

You’ll Learn How To:

- Welcome and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust.
- Understand our wide range of new and used vehicles.
- Arrange vehicle demonstrations and appointments.
- Learn the sales process from enquiry through to handover.
- Develop confidence in communication, negotiation and customer service.
- Work towards becoming a fully qualified Sales Executive.
