THE OPPORTUNITY

Black Diamondz is Australia's leading luxury property and lifestyle platform. Trophy homes, high-profile events, luxury brand partnerships, Luxe Listings exposure, and Monika Tu, one of the most recognisable personalities in Australian real estate.

The foundations are built. The stories are everywhere. Now we need someone to grow these platforms into audiences that match the calibre of the brand.

THE ROLE

A hands‑on hybrid of content creation, strategy, and publishing across our Western platforms, with one clear mandate: grow our audiences on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will shoot, edit, write, post, and engage. You will also plan the calendar, study the analytics, and double down on what drives followers, views, and engagement. One day you are filming inside a $30 million harbourside residence, the next you are cutting clips, testing formats, and shipping content built to grow.

You will report directly to Monika Tu and work closely with the marketing team across the Black Diamondz brand and Monika's personal profile. We are a small, agile team,



so you need to be autonomous, fast, and able to own your channels end to end. You must be Sydney based and happy to work onsite across our Sydney CBD and Double Bay offices.

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 5 years experience across social media, content creation, and digital strategy
- Proven track record growing followers, views, and engagement on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, with the numbers to show it
- A growth mindset: you understand algorithms, test relentlessly, and know how to turn content into audience
- Strong shooting and editing skills across short‑form and long‑form video
- Sharp writer with an eye for premium, editorial tone
- Autonomous and quick, you see the moment, capture it, and ship it
- Sydney based, working from our CBD and Double Bay offices
- Luxury, lifestyle, or property experience is highly regarded but not essential. Taste and results matter most
