We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
- Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Conduct Nursing Assessments
Skills & Experience
- Community nursing would be an advantage
- Dementia Management
- Diabetes Management
- Catheterisation (SPC & IDC both female and male) would be highly regarded
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
- Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Work with a supportive and agile team
Mandatory Requirements
- Passionate about making a difference.
- A self led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behaviour & success.
- Coachable
- AHPRA Registration
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable PersonsSector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Must hold an Australian Drivers Licence & reliable car
