Pat-Time Retail Sales Associate - South Wharf

We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver premium customer experiences, drive sales, and contribute to our ambition of becoming the fastest sports brand in the world.
About the Role
This is more than a shop floor position, it’s about delivering consistent results while creating meaningful customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales performance and achieving or exceeding KPIs and store targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and engagement on the sales floor
- Supporting daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing stock flow, replenishment, and product preparation
- Building solid product knowledge to confidently recommend and upsell
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Contributing to reporting and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
About You
You are results-driven, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed in a target-based environment.
You will bring a strong combination of sales capability and customer focus:
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Previous retail experience (1+ year preferred)
- Confidence using POS systems and retail technology
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your performance
- Interest in sports, fashion, or retail is highly regarded
