RTO Administration Trainee - Fulltime (Brendale QLD))

About the role:

As an RTO Administration Trainee you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion.This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices and processing completions and certificate issuance.

You will attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given time frames. You will apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing all data and show initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same.

- Microsoft Office Suite experience
