About the Role

As a member of our Client Services team, you'll be at the heart of the hospital, ensuring every client,



patient and referring veterinarian receives outstanding service.

This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and communication in a busy specialist environment.

Working hours:

We operate from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm

The shifts currently on offer are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between 10am and 6pm.

Availability for initial training to take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries

Monitoring and responding to shared mailboxes

Processing payments and invoices

Assisting with pet insurance claims

Scheduling appointments and supporting administrative workflows

Maintaining accurate client records using EzyVet

Working closely with our veterinary specialists, nurses and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience

About You

Veterinary reception experience is welcomed but not essential. We're looking for someone with outstanding people skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
