About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team. You’ll be the key connection between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is smooth, transparent, and well managed.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Providing clear service and repair recommendations
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and customer updates
- Delivering a professional and friendly experience at every interaction

About You





You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will bring:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is not essential but desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence
