Clinical Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology

We are looking for a new Team Member who may come from a broad background including:

Cardiac Physiologist:Electrophysiology or cardiac catheter lab experience. Experience with implantable device clinics, ECGs, Holter monitoring, echocardiography or other cardiac diagnostic tests

A recent graduate with nursing, science, sports science or biomed engineering

OR

Industry Medical Device Experience, ideally in CRM and/Or EP

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing remote and on‑site clinical and technical support for BIOTRONIK CRM and EP products and driving customer satisfaction through service.

Day to day, the role involves:

Providing technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff

Assisting with implantations and performing patient follow-ups

Supporting the Clinical Studies Department in the field

Coordinating sales activities to support key customers with customer training and education events

Supporting BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies

Qualification and Experience
