Website and Digital Platform Specialist
Develop, maintain and support websites and digital platforms for Kubota and affiliate brands across the Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions based on strategic business imperatives and requirements. In this customer facing, critical EIT chance your key accountabilities will include:Partner with/ act as subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and Dealers with respect to the conversion of business strategy/s and requirements to enabling technical web/ digital solutions and digital storytelling
Manage, develop, maintain and support project coordination of websites and digital platforms inclusive of; domain/ subdomain management, security, website infrastructure, content facilitation and quality assurance, optimisation of digital assets, performance, search engine optimisation and engagement, applications and digital asset management
Undertake a range of monitoring, analysis and reporting, ad hoc and to schedule, with a particular focus on website and platform analytics for performance, user behaviour and experience. Implement remedial activity as required (or with approval as required)Manage supplier/ vendor relationships
Regularly conduct, and share, information/ research on digital trends, advancements and enhancements. Prepare and propose recommendations or business cases for approval
Lead and/or manage web/ platform projects and may participate as technical advisor in broader EIT, Marketing and organisational projects
Requirements
To be successful in the position you must be an Australian citizen/ resident. Your resume or credentials would include:Tertiary qualification ITCertification or qualification in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ similar
Valid Drivers LicenseSenior website development and digital platforms experience. B2B experience preferred. Experience ideally gained working within a dealer/ reseller/ network environment within a large corporate/ multinational
Experience developing digital environments supporting retail, multi-brand and CRM platforms
Demonstrated applied understanding of digital marketing. Experience with local area marketing and marketing automation tools
Experienced in the implementation/ maintenance and use of Digital Asset Management systems (desired)Experience in search engine optimisation and content management
Project management skill and strong track record of delivery of projects to time, cost and quality imperatives
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and technical problem solving skills
Experience with .php, Node GS, Angular js, SQL servers
Experience with API's and API development
Advanced WordpressExperience using AWS including Lambda, hosting and network traffic
Well developed business partnering, interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Understanding of compliance and fundamentals of relevant Australian and New Zealand laws governing technology, sales, marketing, including but not limited to areas of trade, consumer rights, privacy, cyber security and security
