Job Description

Learning Ladder Early Learning Centres Pty Ltd We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to the safety, wellbeing, and developmental progress of children. You will work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Implement and assist in the development of educational programs (EYLF).
- Supervise children’s indoor and outdoor activities ensuring a safe and hygienic setting.
- Support children’s daily routines including mealtimes, rest, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily observations.
- Engage with parents and families to provide updates on their child’s development.
- Ensure all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Qualification: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of experience in an Australian regulated childcare setting preferred.
- Compliance: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for documentation and parent interaction.
