FutureYou seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape HR operations at our Minto site in Australia. You will partner with senior leadership to own day-to-day HR, drive high‑volume recruitment and manage complex ER/IR matters in a 400‑person, 24/7 manufacturing setting.

You will build the people systems, processes and culture needed to support growth, coach managers, and collaborate with a wider HR team. The role blends production floor credibility with strategic impact.
