We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating all current vehicle and used vehicle pre-delivery activities across both Blacklocks Ford and Blacklocks Truck Centre, ensuring every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time.

Working closely with our Sales, Service, Parts and Workshop teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless process from vehicle arrival through to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all new vehicle pre-delivery activities from vehicle arrival through to completion.
- Schedule and monitor workshop pre-delivery work to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved.
- Create and manage Repair Orders for all pre-delivery and accessory fitment requirements.
- Coordinate accessory installations with internal technicians and external suppliers.
- Liaise daily with the Sales, Service and Parts departments to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Raise Purchase Orders for third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Cost and close internal Repair Orders accurately and in a timely manner.




- Ensure all accessories, labour and supplier invoices are correctly allocated.
- Monitor vehicle progress and proactively communicate any delays.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed prior to delivery.

- The ability to manage multiple vehicles and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Confidence using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Previous dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
