MECCA Brands is seeking a Head of Planning to lead and evolve the Planning function as the business undergoes transformation. Reporting to the General Manager - Merchandise Operations, you will steer planning strategy and drive commercial outcomes across the organization.
You will partner with Brand Management, Merchandise Operations, Range & Space, and senior stakeholders, coach a large planning team, and balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve processes and performance.
