3 Month Contract | Melbourne

We're looking for an experienced WFM Technical Lead to join a fast-paced enterprise transformation program in its final delivery phase. This is an prospect to jump into a project that is nearing completion and provide the hands-on technical leadership needed to get it across the line.

Working as part of a large scale workforce systems integration, you'll play a key role in supporting the migration of workforce and payroll processes between enterprise platforms. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership across the final stages of a complex Workforce Management (WFM) implementation.
- Lead the backend technical delivery, ensuring integrations, data flows and system components are successfully completed.
- Perform hands-on development and coding where required – this is not a purely architectural or advisory role.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across WFM, payroll and integration components.
- Work closely with project, technical and business stakeholders to drive delivery through to completion.
- Support testing,



deployment and production readiness activities.

About You

- Proven experience leading the technical delivery of Workforce Management (WFM) implementations.
- Strong hands-on technical capability with WFM systems, integrations and data migration.
- Experience working on enterprise transformation or implementation projects.
- Comfortable leading from the front while remaining actively involved in coding and technical problem solving.
- Strong understanding of how WFM, payroll and integration components interact.
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and quickly get up to speed.
