We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader Inbound Day Shift to oversee daily receiving operations within our warehouse. This role is responsible for leading a high performing inbound team, ensuring goods are received accurately, safely, and efficiently, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily inbound (receiving) operations to ensure timely and accurate intake of goods
- Ensure all inbound shipments are unloaded, checked, recorded, and processed correctly
- Promote and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including OH&S; requirements
- Manage team performance, productivity, and efficiency within the inbound function
- Coordinate daily staffing, rostering, and workflow to meet operational targets
- Support and guide team members, including training and development
- Use and maintain warehouse systems
- Monitor processing status through management tools
- Identify and implement continuous improvement
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required
- Actively participate in problem solving and operational troubleshooting
- Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role
