Windermere Child & Family Services in Narre Warren VIC is seeking a Redress Support Worker to provide statewide, trauma-informed support via telehealth and outreach. The role focuses on information, needs assessment and referrals, working with victim survivors across Victoria.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a trauma-related program, robust case management skills, and the ability to build trusted professional relationships with clients and partners.
