Refocus in Australia is seeking a Kinship Care Support Practitioner to join our Supporting Kin program and provide ongoing support to approved kinship carers, helping create safe, reliable and nurturing environments for children and young people.

You will work in partnership with kinship carers, children, families and community partners to strengthen carer capability, support placement stability and promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
