Job Description
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ledger entries using Xero Accounting Software.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Trial Balances.
- Assist with sales and purchasing by processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers,
and team members to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Location
The host company is located at Sydney.
