As part of our growth in A/NZ, we have a number of projects and initiatives starting and requiring senior leadership to be delivered and to execute our long term growth strategy in the region.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for running A/NZ presales and delivery covering our Capital Markets Solution.
- Focus on Project Management, Technology Consulting, Software integration, and Outsourcing.
- Capital Markets and packaged software Murex, Adenza, Finastra and Orchestrate.
- Responsible for margin and revenue targets for the Offerings scope.
- Develop C-level relationships with clients and partners.
- Proactively identify opportunities and position DXC Luxoft services catalog.
- Work closely with sales teams to prepare and present service offer.
- Work closely with delivery teams to provide relevant expertise to clients and ensure high quality delivery.
- Handling and resolution of escalations, both from clients and from Delivery Management team.
- Addressing talent acquisition, people and project allocation issues.
- Motivation, retention and competence development of subordinated Delivery Management team.




- Collaborative work of Delivery Management team with operational and admin support.
- Regional travels to be planned as needed.
- Installing the processes discipline, owning and driving mitigation of process risks & deviations, setting up and implementing operating policies and procedures across all subordinated programs and Delivery Management team.

Mandatory Skills Description

- 15+ years experience with minimum 3 years experience in A/NZ region.
- Extensive experience of Capital Markets Platform (Murex, Calypso, Kondor, Orchestrate).
- Established network with C-levels, heads of IT, heads of business, at banks in A/NZ.
- Solid software integration background with successful end‑to‑end projects delivered.
- Robust background in Business Analysis, Project Management or Management Consulting.
- Strong background in Front Office / Risk Treasury Capital Markets.
- Strong background in delivering Capital Markets IT projects.
- Good communicator in English – written and oral.
- Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.
