Real Time Australia is seeking a Lead BA / Service Designer to lead the end-to-end service design for a high-profile, 12-month AI programme across multiple care facilities in Melbourne. You will map front-stage workflows and back-stage data processes, co-design with frontline staff, and manage AI edge-cases to ensure adoption.

Your role focuses on creating service blueprints and user journeys, facilitating workshops with executives, funding and technical SMEs, and translating pilot learnings
