The Opportunity

As a Luxury Client Advisor, you'll play an integral role in delivering an elevated in-store experience, providing expert styling advice, and building a loyal client portfolio. You'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, creating lasting relationships while contributing to the boutique's commercial success. Roster: Full-time rotating roster, including weekends and late-night trade where required.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Delivering an exceptional luxury client experience from greeting through to after-sales service.




- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
- Achieving individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.
- Providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Assisting with stock management and day-to-day boutique operations.
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing luxury retail team.

- Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
