Early Settler in Victoria is seeking two agile Retail Consultants to join our store team. You will deliver a personalised shopping experience, understand customer needs, and guide them to items that fit their home.

You will drive sales, achieve store KPIs such as conversion and average transaction value, maintain VM standards, and participate in team initiatives. The role requires at least 2 years in home/lifestyle retail and a passion for creating welcoming spaces.
