Overview
Love teaching and building volunteer confidence? Train and mentor pilots, assess skills, support secure riding, and help volunteers feel capable, prepared, and supported at CWAGC.
Role
Train, assess, and mentor pilots to ensure they ride safely and confidently. Deliver inductions and skills sessions, support volunteers with clear guidance, maintain training records, and liaise with coordinators.

Availability
Approximately 8 hours per month – days and times will be discussed.
Age Requirements
18–70 years old.
Qualifications
Education, training, mentoring, and coaching experience (including sports).
