Role Overview

We are currently looking for two (2) dynamic Retail Consultants to join our store team. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer service by offering a personalised experience, taking a genuine interest in getting to know our customers, and recommending items that match their needs. The Retail Consultant is also responsible for achieving sales targets and store KPIs such as conversion, customer service score, and average transaction value.

Key Responsibilities

- Ascertain the customer's needs and recommend items that match.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate, informing customers about sales and promotions.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate the company values in every customer interaction.
- Ensure store presentation aligns with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.




- Assist, resolve, or appropriately and timely escort customer concerns.

Skills and Experience

- At least 2 years retail experience in home/lifestyle products preferred.
- The ability to engage customers to bring their vision for their home to life.
- “I’ve got this” attitude for selling and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to balance customer care with administrative duties.
- Genuine interest in home‑styling, furniture, or creating welcoming living spaces is a plus.

- Physically capable of regular manual handling of products (lifting, carrying, moving).
- A eligible AU citizen, resident, or holder of a valid visa.

Additional Requirements

- Roster as required – weekdays and weekend work.
- Ability to work flexibly within the store schedule.
