Uniting AgeWell is hiring a Care Advisor to support older people to live independently at home across Bendigo. Based in our Bendigo office, you will manage a caseload, work with clients, families and networks to identify goals, develop personalised care plans and coordinate services that promote wellbeing, choice and independence.
This permanent part time role is 30 hours per week across four days, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with duties including assessments, referrals and maintaining records.
