Job Summary

Working from our Mulwala site on Yorta Yorta land, the principal responsibility is to commence and complete a registered apprenticeship in Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (typically a 4‑year programme). The role involves a range of electrical work on machines, sub‑assemblies and manufactured parts using a variety of processes, tools and machines.

Responsibilities

- Install electrical components, wiring and systems
- Test and calibrate components and systems
- Examine detailed drawings or specifications to diagnose electrical faults
- Repair and diagnose faults across a wide range of electrical systems

Experience & Qualifications

- Genuine interest in gaining a trade qualification
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Security & Clearance

A Defence security clearance is required. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
