HPS is seeking a motivated Pharmacist in Charge to lead one of our key South Australian pharmacy operations. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across a diverse healthcare network
- Inspire, mentor and develop a team focused on quality and excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service outcomes
- Build strong relationships with hospital executives, clinicians and key stakeholders
- Oversee compliance, governance, inventory management and service performance
- Support the growth and expansion of clinical and operational pharmacy services
What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy environment
- Robust operational, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading teams and driving performance outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- A proactive mindset with a passion for service improvement
