We are seeking an experienced Full Time Operator / Labourer to join our growing Road Stabilisation business primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW. If you’re not sure you meet 100% of the selection criteria, we still encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Strong commitment to safety
- High motivation and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Experience (and ticketed) to operate rollers, skid steers and excavators – desirable
- Demonstrated experience in civil construction
- HR/MR licence – desirable
- Team player capable of delivering quality work outcomes
- Availability to work overtime, weekends or nights when required
- Construction induction card
- Ability to travel for work
