We are seeking an FP&A; Manager to join our Finance team, supporting Professional Services & Advice across Audit, Advisory & Consulting, Wealth, and Accounting & Tax. This role plays a key part in helping divisional leaders make well-informed decisions, underpinned by rigorous analysis and models they can rely on.

You will work closely with the FP&A; Lead to strengthen financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight across the business, while contributing to a broader data and automation transformation currently underway at Findex.

Key responsibilities

- Build advanced Excel-based financial models, including scenario and sensitivity tools and integrated P&L; structures
- Lead variance analysis, identifying key trends and translating them into transparent, actionable recommendations
- Contribute to the monthly reporting cycle, and to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare polished, executive-ready presentations and reporting packs
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure analysis is well-informed and relevant




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of automation and AI capability within the team

About you

- 7+ years' experience in finance, FP&A; or commercial finance
- CPA or CA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated ability to build complex, multi-variable financial models
- Experience preparing reporting materials for senior stakeholders
- An interest in AI and automation tools, with a willingness to build capability in this area (prior experience is advantageous but not required)
- Experience working across multiple business areas or service lines, with the ability to adapt across different contexts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, accessible language
