About the Role

As a Qualified HVAC Technician, you will work across residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Dubbo and surrounding Central West regions. You’ll be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, repairs, maintenance and installations across a wide range of air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service and repair air conditioning and systems
- Install split, ducted, multi-split, evaporative and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Fault-find and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Complete commissioning and testing of recent installations
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards and company procedures
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team

About You





- Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Highly Regarded

- Experience across both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Experience with ducted, split, evaporative and refrigeration systems
- Construction White Card
- Experience with commissioning and controls
