The Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is confident managing end-to-end financial accounting across multiple hospitality venues. Reporting to the Finance Manager, with a dotted line to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end financial accounting across multiple hospitality venues.
- Prepare daily revenue reporting, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger processing.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using Xero.
- Complete month-end reporting, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports, together with financial analysis and commentary.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Support payroll accounting and labour cost reporting.
- Prepare BAS, IAS and other statutory reporting requirements.




- Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Partner with venue managers and operational teams to provide financial insights and commercial support.
- Assist with audits, funding requests and other finance projects as required.

The Successful Candidate

- CA/CPA Qualified or equivalent
- Experience working within hospitality, retail or another multi-site business
- Previous experience using Xero
- Solid financial reporting, reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
