Windsor RSL, The Home of the Hawkesbury, is investing in the future of its dining offering and is seeking an experienced catering and hospitality operator to become our new dining partner.

This is a rare opportunity to partner with one of the region's most respected community clubs, delivering exceptional dining experiences while helping shape the future of hospitality at Windsor RSL.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for an established hospitality operator with a proven track record in licensed clubs, hotels, restaurants or comparable venues who shares our passion for quality, creativity and genuine service.

As our catering partner, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Operate and grow a vibrant food and beverage offering within a well-established club
- Deliver high-quality dining experiences for members and guests
- Manage kitchen operations, service delivery, functions and events
- Showcase creativity through fresh, seasonal and locally inspired menus
- Build a long-term partnership with a club committed to innovation and growth
