Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day‑to‑day leadership, guidance, and support to a team of workplace rehab consultants

- Monitor caseloads, workflow, and service delivery to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes

- Support onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members

- Conduct regular check‑ins, performance conversations, and capability‑building activities

- Assist with problem‑solving, escalation management, and client‑related queries

- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team culture development
