What you'll be doing

- Managing and growing a portfolio of customers

- Building strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders

- Negotiating pricing and trading opportunities

- Monitoring market trends, product availability and customer demand

- Working closely with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met

- Managing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records

- Contributing to sales, volume and margin targets

- Supporting inventory and supply planning activities

What we're looking for

- Previous sales, account management, trading or customer relationship experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills





- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and make decisions

- Confident working in a quick-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others

- Experience within fresh produce, wholesale, FMCG or supply chain environments will be highly regarded but is not essential
