The opportunity

This is a broad HR Business Partner role offering the ideal mix of operational HR support and strategic people initiatives. Working as part of a collaborative team supporting sites across Queensland, you'll partner with leaders on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement and culture, while driving people, productivity and continuous improvement projects that deliver real business outcomes. You'll build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation and play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace.

Selection criteria

- Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role

- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work and award interpretation





- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters

- Experience leading or coordinating people-focused projects and initiatives

- The ability to influence, coach and develop effective working relationships with leaders

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A proactive, commercially minded and solution-focused approach

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
