The Role
As an Accounts Officer of a national law firm, your duties include -
- Drawing cheques and processing invoices
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations (Trust and General)
- Trust transfers and Trust journals
- Debtors and creditors
- Client ledger maintenance
- general administration duties
You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 1 years Accounts Officer experience. Law firm or professional services (Accountancy) environment is also essential.
Law Firm / Salary
Our client is a well established national mid tier law firm of 50 staff (in their Brisbane office). They offer staff advantages including free uniforms (not compulsory), paid parental leave, extra annual leave between Christmas and New Year, free group trainer and massages. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $70,000 plus Super).
