JOBS // Studio Lead / Associate — Brand New Melbourne Studio

Fancy building something from the ground up?
A brilliant, award-calibre brand design studio out of Brisbane is opening its first Melbourne office, and they need someone brilliant to lead it. This isn't a "fill a desk" role. It's a genuine studio-building opportunity, backed by a business with a huge pipeline and a serious reputation already behind it.

THE ROLE //

You'll be the face and driving force of the new Melbourne studio, working across a hefty pipeline of multi-residential projects while you build the team, the culture, and the client base from scratch. Think all-rounder: design leadership, client relationships, mentoring junior staff as the studio grows, and shaping how this office runs day to day.
Office location is still being finalised but will land somewhere central in the Melbourne CBD, so you won't be doing this from your kitchen table for long.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR //

- Proven experience across multi-residential projects, ideally at Associate or Studio Lead level already
- Someone who can lead design, win trust with clients, and mentor a team all at once
- An entrepreneurial streak — this suits someone who wants ownership (literally) of what they build
- Comfortable being the senior presence in a new office, not hiding behind an existing structure
