ANZUK Education is looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Schools Temporary Recruitment Team in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys developing people as much as delivering results. You'll lead a team of recruiters while managing your own recruitment activity, building talent pipelines and helping schools access quality educators when they need them most.

We're looking for someone who knows what good recruitment looks like, leads by example and can coach others to success.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters
- Remain actively involved in sourcing, interviewing and placing educators
- Build and maintain strong talent pools across Victoria
- Drive candidate attraction and engagement strategies
- Support team performance through coaching, guidance and accountability
- Partner with internal stakeholders to meet workforce demands
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience





What we're looking for

- Proven recruitment experience in an agency environment
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
- A track record of consistently delivering recruitment results
- Previous leadership experience, or the desire and capability to step into leadership
- Confidence coaching, mentoring and supporting others
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
