Barnum Indigenous Services is a fast‑growing, proudly Indigenous‑owned organisation delivering high‑quality operational support across major projects. We’re expanding our concrete operations and looking for a skilled, safety‑driven Batcher to join our team in Roxby Downs, South Australia.

This is a hands‑on operational role where you’ll be central to daily production, batching concrete with precision, coordinating deliveries, operating plant equipment, and supporting site operations with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Safely batching concrete to mix‑design specifications

- Allocating and scheduling concrete deliveries

- Operating loaders, agitators, and mobile plant equipment

- Conducting quality control testing (slump & cylinder tests)

- Maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and reporting

- Supporting daily site operations and production activities

- Upholding WHS compliance and safety-first behaviours

What You Bring

- Proven batching experience in concrete or civil operations

- Loader Licence & minimum HR Licence (essential)

- Concrete agitator driving experience





- Knowledge of concrete testing processes

- Robust documentation, scheduling & reporting capability

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Professional communication and customer-facing confidence

- Flexibility to travel across sites

- Basic computer skills

- BHP Inducted (or willingness to obtain)

- Forklift licence (desirable)
